I recently purchased a couple of Ortlieb bags (Trunk Bag and Saddle Bag Two) over the web from Campfire Cycling. I had a question on the Trunk Bag fitting a specific Tubus rack that is on my bike and emailed the question. Not only did they answer the question, they actually took the Trunk Bag and tried it on the exact rack (they had one in the store). I was told it would work and it fits great. Communication with Campfire Cycling was great. The Trunk Bag had to back-ordered, so they offered to ship the Saddle Bag right away. I was not in a real hurry, so I told them to wait. The wait was very short and the bags arrived less than a week later. Will definitely check CampfireCycling out next time I am looking for bike or bike related camping equipment.
