Your return policy for parts and supplies is extremely poor and outdated. Attempted to return 2 5litre jugs of Quaker state oil and two oil filters recently. Not knowing exactly when they were purchased I stated two years well exceeding the time frame. I was not aware that according to your floor manager the maximum allowable time frame for all items was 2 months. The items to be returned are stock items in your store with a rate of sale very high. Your reasoning for this deplorable decision would be appreciated. C. J. Hunter P.S. I have a Canadian Tire Triangle credit card and these purchases are easily traced. I no longer require the above mentioned items because I sold my Maxima and Nissan and purchased a BMW thereby negating my ability to change my own oil.
