Short staffed. Needed a tool and a part for my slingshot. Both were in locked cabinets. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to show to open the tool cabinet. Then same thing for the slingshot cabinet another 5 minutes. There was also a lift blocking the tool cabinet and it could not be moved as there was nobody authorized to do so. It made it difficult to look at the items in the locked cabinet. Then at customer service when I paid I was told they were short staffed due to the cdn day holiday.
