Today, August 11, 2024, I was helped by Chelsea in the Mission Canadian Tire Store. Chelsea went over and above to assist me with a defective Bestway Flowclear #58390 pool filter that had caught fire beside my pool. I had purchased the pump under a year ago from her store with cash and no longer had the receipt. I was very fortunate I was home when the product failed as the fire was hard to extinguish(electrical) and would surely have melted the pool causing a catastrophic flooding into the downstairs tenants suite and my backyard. There is a one year warrantee but I did not have documentation. My word was taken as truth and Chelsea replaced my pump. Thank you. 5 stars.
