I can’t believe what happened to me. Between myself and my business I’ve spend over $120,000 in tools and ladders/bakers scaffolding… I recently bought a mastercraft sir compressor and after 3 uses (2 work weeks) it completely stopped working. I went in with the receipt and they turned me away with a contact number to a repair shop in Lefray, Ontario which is almost 2 hours away from my home and 3 hours away from my job site. The box is plastered with the once trusted “Life time warranty guarantee” Definitely didn’t expect this from one of Canadas most trusted companies at one point. Unfortunately I’m out of luck with employees depending on me tomorrow to get things done right and done on time. Do not waste your time with their fine line promises. Home D**** has plenty of options that can be trusted and reliable.
