Poor Quality Car Battery and Disappointing Customer Service
I purchased a Motomaster car battery from Canadian Tire approximately one month ago. Unfortunately, it died unexpectedly, leaving me stranded. The battery's short lifespan is unacceptable, especially considering its premium pricing.
To make matters worse, the customer service I received was appalling. When I visited my local store to report the issue, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. They offered no meaningful assistance or apology for the product's failure.
