Absolutely horrendous customer service. I’ve been waiting for two weeks for a delivery of a Camera to be delivered by UPS.I stoke to canons customer service a number of times regarding this issue and they said they would keep me updated, of course they didn’t. I then received an email say thanks for returning the Camera that I hadn’t received. Again I spoke to customer service who clearly couldn’t be bothered with my complaint. I’m now waiting for a refund , god knows how long that will be.
