Horrible experience with little to no communication with out me having to ring to get it. Took weeks to reply to emails, wouldn’t connect through chat. Didn’t receive my order due to an un explained delivery issue (following tracking only took them 14 minutes to decide they wouldn’t attempt delivery / I’m not in a hard to deliver location). Poor experience over all.

Sent back camera 4 months ago, yet to receive any news except the repeated email of “your camera is arriving at the warehouse”. Contacted the customer service, where they have no idea what is going on and repeat the same email as mentioned above. Will never purchase from the company again and highly recommend no one else does either. There are much better services among other camera producers, wherein they will personally assist you. I will unfortunately have to take legal action as I do not feel respected a a consumer.

Extremely poor, customer service is appalling - no idea why there’s positive reviews. Purchased an air track for my daughter for Christmas Day. Pumped this up in the morning and it was deflating within hours. Emailed them to advise Boxing Day morning. Nearly a month later they are refusing to replace (just fix it) their website suggests you get what you pay for. Also false advertising, they have increased the price of the air track significantly and claim this is in the sale

In January 2024 I purchased a Maxify GX6050 printer. Fortunately it had an extended 3 year warranty. In July 2024 the printer stopped printing in Duplex mode and I put in a warranty claim and eventually the printer was replaced under warranty with a new one. So 4 stars for customer services and the warranty claim. Five months later and the replacement printer has EXACTLY the same fault. We can print single sided with no problem at all. When we ask the printer to print anything duplex it usually prints the first page duplex but then stops after the first side of the second page and says the paper size is wrong. We have always use HP paper. It is always A4. The same as the first printer the duplex printing works well for about 6 months and then stops printing duplex. We have not had any paper jams. We have checked the printer, there are no dirty rollers that we can see when we remove the back cover and he printer works well with single sided printing - even if we ask it to print 20 copies of something. This is a fault with duplexing. I have 2 Canon PIXMA G7050 printers that are 2 or 3 years old and I have never had a problem with duplex printing - which we do a lot of. We use the same paper in every printer and never have any problems with any other printer than the Maxify GX6050.

Scam broker!!! Withdrawals keep rejecting. I’ve sent lots of emails but they don’t respond. Their love chart is not active as well. The worst I’ve ever experienced.... Bought a 1.4x extender on the promise of £100 cash back. Claim ref 5928289. Last I heard from them was " We will be in touch in 3 to 5 days, that was 3 weeks ago. No got it yet, Not going to to get it. Will never buy another Canon product. Wont do business will an untrustworthy unreliable company.

AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COST AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COST - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CANON UK - AVOID! I never write negative reviews but this has been my worst experience ever purchasing an items from a store online. I Purchased a lens worth almost £3000 thinking I was buying in the safest possible way. Received an empty box after massive delays and attempts to cancel. It was an absolute nightmare of trying to get anyone to tell me what was happening or what was being done about the situation both before and after I received the empty box. I must have put in over 30 requests and phone calls and all I got was and apology for the inconvenience and "we have escalated"each time. MOST of the people in the support section do try to be helpful but they never seem to be able to give me more info or have any real power to do anything. They relay the info off to someone who obviously doesn't care as they are not dealing with the customer and so support can never really give you an answer and there is no way to speak to anyone directly that is dealing with the situation. I kept copies of every email and made sure I was sent a summary of every conversation from the beginning and now have finally received a refund after begging, kicking and screaming my way through endless phone calls and emails. Not once did anyone follow up with me or keep me updated on what was going on unless I called first to ask and even then no one had anything to tell me except its been escalated. Terrible terrible service. I am a platinum member of Canon professional services and I can't believe I am writing this about Canon UK! SO so disappointing! PLEASE PLASE AVOID AND NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CANON UK!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I’ve been waiting for two weeks for a delivery of a Camera to be delivered by UPS.I stoke to canons customer service a number of times regarding this issue and they said they would keep me updated, of course they didn’t. I then received an email say thanks for returning the Camera that I hadn’t received. Again I spoke to customer service who clearly couldn’t be bothered with my complaint. I’m now waiting for a refund , god knows how long that will be.

I was recently misled into buying a particular canon product and, not only was the information provided by sales consultant wrong, it took a long time to get Canon to accept the fact. I believe that others are being misled by the marketing. I believe that they have not taken my complaint seriously. I have lost trust in Canon.

I have a Canon Powershot G7x Mark II and it works wonderful! Starting off as a vlogger, it honestly is the best camera out there for beginners. 1080p with 20.1 megapixel images. Just great! Also touch screen.

Good and portable camera, the display is very visible and touch function responds well. It would feel more complete with the options for at least mounting a viewfinder and an external mic. I'm disappointed by the battery lasting very little in comparison to my shooting, I hope it jus needs a few cycles to stabilise.
