First order about a year ago of smaller canvas prints on wood frame were great! Decided t use them again for 6 larger prints 12x24. The prints came back with wrinkly edges almost all around where the wood was underneath. Emailed them photos of the defect about 2 weeks ago still no response. No quality control and bad customer service.
