I wrote a review last week that I was told would be rectified but so far the company has not followed up, nor is their Canadian number operating. I ordered 12 beer mugs, all defective, and even though their customer service rep assured me (in response to the review) that they would re-ship the order, I've yet to hear back. Another product (a magic mug) was also defective and I've yet to hear back about that. When their products are good, they are very good, but the lack of communication of follow through will make it impossible to hire them as a supplier for my business, which is indeed a pity. Their shipping costs are terrific but they lack quality control and the capacity (or willingness) to respond when products are defective. I'm still waiting for official confirmation that the problem is solved and a new shipment is on the way, but given the lack of response, I don't believe it is going to happen.
