I’ve never had such an infuriating experience with a company in my life. I placed multiple orders with CanvasChamp on September 12th, and they have been stuck in "Payment Review" ever since. After providing proof of payment, not once but TWICE, they still claim they haven’t received the payment. How is it possible to place an order if the payment wasn’t processed? Absolute nonsense.
Their communication is a complete joke. Instead of resolving the issue, I get the same generic, copy-paste responses asking for payment proof again. Do I need to hold their hand through their own processes? It feels like they’re making ME do the work to track down their own internal incompetence.
The level of incompetence is astonishing. Save yourself the headache and avoid CanvasChamp at all costs—they don’t value their customers and certainly don’t know how to run a business properly. Expect delays, excuses, and poor service if you choose to deal with them.
