The puzzles I ordered look fine, but their customer service is a joke. Try calling? You'll just get hold music and no one ever answers. Try emailing them and you'll get a response from 'Melvin' that offers no actual help. Their on-line 'chat' function is a joke. No one is ever there to chat. THEN, the items arrive a week later than promised, and though I spent over $500 on 8 puzzles, they arrived in plastic bags, instead of boxes with the photo of the puzzle on the outside, like a normal company would do. These were gifts and arrived in baggies. I do not recommend.
