I ordered a canvas and paid for expedited shipping. Was set to arrive three days ago and the only answer I get when I call, is that it's on the way. They won't refund me for the expedited shipping until my order arrives, then I'll have to call back for a refund. Waste of time--dealing with incompetence. If I pay extra and you don't deliver as promised, I shouldn't have to reach out for a refund and make a second call to you when I've reached out and told you already. It should be automatic. My order was placed on the 31st of October and it's now 11-11-24 and I still don't have the order. Not quick as promised either. Won't be ordering again. My order is still not in the US even...it's in India. Which I found amusing, because when I ordered I checked to see if it was a US company and it is.
