When you order a product, you are supposedly to get an item shipped from US but unfortunately, they ship it from India and it takes a month to get it. I ordered on November first and it is now 15, and the item just shipped from India, they are universary gifts and worth of few hundred dollars, now no refund and no luck when I will get the convases.
