Ordered personalized socks for co-workers on Dec. 5th. Estimated delivery by 12/16. They have not delivered and still say “In Production”.
Emailed with order numbers asking for an update and their reply was a stock email asking for the order number. Clearly a delay tactic.
Thinking I may have been scammed and my product never was or is being made.
