I purchased two prints for a friend. She received someone else’s order. I contacted the company via email, as they do not offer a customer service number. They took several days to respond, and their response was, “your order was received by the customer on 12/13.” Absolutely no acknowledgement that my friend received someone else’s order, as described in my email to them. I responded to their email, once again explaining that my friend received the wrong order. To date, I have received no response. $100 down the drain.
