Received my canvas prints. I paid an extra 4.00 (for all nine prints) to have hangers mounted on each. Not one had a hanger. Then I tried using your chat bot system - what a waste of time. Called and found out that even though your customer service hours of operation are posted 12 hours a day - your answer at the number says otherwise. Had to email with the issue - then received a reply that said it would take up to 48 hours to answer. All the while, time is ticking and my day of gift giving is soon approaching. After me posting a bad review on line - customer service emails me to say "they'll send them and sorry my order was incomplete". Well, I paid to have them mounted, how does them sending them make my order complete? This is customer dis-service!
