Although I love my canvas, the colors are bright, price was good. Customer service was not as expected. I have my canvas hanging already, I am enjoying looking at it every day. The turnaround time was fast, I am thankful for that. There are some issues that I wanted to address. First, when I reached out to customer service via chat, no one ever answered my questions. I wanted my canvas to be a 60" x 44", which is offered on their website. But when I went to order that size, the option was not available. I had to settle with a much smaller one of 48" x 36". When I received the product, the frame is bent so it does not hang on my wall flat. Also, upon measuring the length, it was 47.25" not 48". I would order from the company again and would refer friends though. Overall, I am satisfied with my end product.
