I just wanted to close my account -- it has a zero balance and I am not using it. The phone representatives from a foreign country (I'm in the USA) were extremely rude!! One representative actually said to me, "I am not closing anything without the last four of your Social". Really?? Why can't my account be verified with the last four of the account number, my name, my address, and my phone number??
