I withdraw amount of R400.00 at capitec mercury lane one of the note where stained and went to capitec bank Smith Street to complaint they told me they can't help me. I went to capitec bank samora machel street and they said they have to call head office to tell them I had not with stain. I had to wait an hour just to change 100 note while consultant seating on unswered call from head office. After and hour call was answered and was dropped consultant had to call and wait another 15 minutes. And after that 15 min the call was hangedup again. Capitec service it horrible.
