i contacted capitec in may to advise them that there is a debit that went off my account of R1800.00 THEY GAVE ME A REFERENCE AND WHEN I CALL THEM NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO CONTACT THEIR IT TECNITIANS, AND THEIR ITS HAVE BACK LOG WHAT WHAT NOT. I AM DEFENATLEY CHANGING MY BANK AS THEY CANT COMIT TO THEIR CLIENTS. TILL TODAY IM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR IT TO CALL ME BACK. 3 MONTHS NOW .
