A capitec client scammed and frauded me out of a large amount of money. I reported fraud to my bank and they called Capitec because the criminals account is at Capitec after a week of apparently investigations. Both AbSa and Capitec just pulled up their shoulders and said sorry you lost all your money. There is nothing they can do. A client and a victim. The institutions we trust with our hard earned money wont even assist you when your hard earned money is stolen. Capitec is the bank for scammers and frauds. Please people make sure your money is safe because the banks dont care about you or your money that you trust them with. In short I wont get my money back and there nothing they can do. In short they are pathetic
