Capitec customer service is very very bad they just donβt care about their customers ....... today a transaction happened while I was home I just got a message that my money went to someone that I dnt even know when I rushed to the bank to claim and asked them for them to reverse the money because I do not know anything about those transactions ..... all I was told is that I must wait for the 8 working days for my account to be investigated mean while they can see everything in their computer and who took my money
CAPITEC IS A VERY BAD BANK I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE IT π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘
