Been banking for more then 19+ years with you guys and I can honestly say today, it's been no pleasure at all. Never ever have I met a bank that doesn't assist in its clients needs like you. There's no point in sending you emails, all you receive back is automatic generated replies and promises to be contacted back, but you just never receive that contact, not by email, not by phonecall. And your WhatsApp service, beyond pathetic...only now and then a consultant who chats with you actually do care about you and does everything to assist you. Well I guess if you're salary that gets paid in your account is less then R10K per month, you're considered as a "not so important" client right? Why should we assist you promptly, why should we call you or email you back? Oh well, I'm off to Nedbank and closing my account with you in the next week!!!
