The app cannot be activated on the iPhone 13, went inside the bank 3 times with no luck, only to be told “Keep trying”; called the call center that claims it’s apple’s problem.
This is disappointing, I’m unable to do any payments nor transactions and capitec seem not to care.
Can this issue be resolved, it’s over 2week now complaining about same thing.
No value for customers!!!
