Mthokozisi Mbili (Service Consultant) excellent customer service at Capitec Bank Sandton City: I went into Capitec Bank's Sandton City branch yesterday (26 May 2022) and was blown away by the amount of exceptional service I experienced from one of their Service Consultants, Mr. Mthokozisi Mbili. I was only there to activate their Live Better savings account, where I could earn 0.5 percent cash back for banking with my debit card, but I ended up purchasing their funeral insurance policy as well. I'm really impressed with his expertise and talents in providing prompt and professional service to clients. Great service gives your consumers the impression that you are interested in building a long-term relationship with them that is about more than just earning a transaction. His ability to give a convincing sales pitch concerning Capitec Bank's product offerings far exceeded my expectations. His meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ready smile made the experience much more enjoyable than I had anticipated. He also showed me how to watch my Live Better savings rise every time I spend with Round-up and Interest Sweep's supercharged interest. Mr. Mthokozisi Mbili's fast service deserves special praise.
