My son bank card is with me and the App limit is set so zero, but for the 4th time was fraud transactions done and we need to replace the card and pay R70 each time. Its a joke that something like this happened non-stop.
Why do you have an option to block any online purchase if its not working 100% and why must a client pay the fee if the problem is with Capitec. I really think it time we close our accounts and moev to a different bank. Clearly is Capitec working well with scammers and thiefs. No refund yet received from Capitec on fraud reported items. Well done on be useless.
