it is by far the worst service from a bank I ever received!! we have had just over R2,000.00 in two months, but the assistance in an emergency is so bad, that it is costing us a lot of money to sort out an incorrect transaction that we immediately on Friday, requesting to be reversed and met with refusal. Saying we had to wait for money to reflect in our account first and then we can do the reversal on Monday, Utter lies!!!!! only to be told today (Monday) that now because it reflects in our account we can only do eft, we have been charged 1.84% on R70,000 in bank fees, and now have to have more bank fees to do the eft as well!!!! I will now have to find a proper bank who will not let me so down when I needed the assistance badly!!!!!! I will certainly tell everyone I know how bad the service of Capitec Merchant and Capitec Business really is!!!!! I am so upset and unhappy with your service!!!!!!!
