Initially I rang the Car Audio Centre to enquire about a hardwire kit for the Road Angel Aura HD3. The assistant was very knowledgeable and guided me through to the required kit despite me not having opened the RA Aura HD3. He knew exactly what to ask in the most efficient way since there were options depending on the charger port - so I decided to make the purchase online straight away. I was impressed that having ordered the item on the Friday, it was in my hand on a Monday - By using Royal Mail 48hrs tracked also meant that I could tack the order. So all in all, quite a pleasant purchasing experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone sitting on the fence to go ahead and make that purchase, you won’t regret it.
