Bought a Pioneer head unit from them as I have Pioneer speakers in my car. I simply tested the new head unit to check that it worked okay and to establish the sound quality and for whatever reason the sound is worse than my current head unit which is years old at this point. After sending an email with no reply I rang car audio to ask for the procedure to send back the item and get a refund when I was told that 'I can't get a refund just because I don't like it'. The guy was extremely unhelpful and essentially said to call trading standards. So that is where I'm at with it at the moment. The worst Customer Service I've ever received, buy with caution because if you're not satisfied with the product they don't care and won't refund you. Poor business and was apparently the General Manger I spoke to. Dodgy. Think twice I would.
