Recieved items ordered inside undamaged box, however one box inside was damaged with a big hole it it which had hit the brand new subwoofer inside and left a mark on the cone, this was obviously a known issue before sending and the speaker was not checked before sending as all seals were in tact on the box... I expect brand new undamaged items and good customer service even when packing... i managed to clean off most of the cardboard box mark, so hoping its not actually damaged the sub itself... if when I try it it's not 100% I will be requesting a new one.... other than this was happy with service and delivery... just can't believe you would send out a speaker with a damaged box which had clearly hit the actual cone of the speaker... not that happy that I jow have to worry about the state of the sub and knowing its not an issue I have caused...
