Ordered a replacement seat belt system for my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. Paid at purchase and eventually received the part. Unfortunately, their part has the same symptom mine does for which I was seeking a replacement! I sent two emails which were never answered explaining this issue with their part and seeking a resolution. I then went to their website and sent a message via their website which also remains unanswered. Car Parts Direct has very poor customer relations and even poorer customer communication. It appears that once they have your money, you are on your own. I would not suggest this Internet company to anyone. Look elsewhere.
