“I ordered a part December 1sr and it was returned due to no apt number on December 12th. I have emailed them because they have no phone with the apartment number and trying to communicate. Today is January 8 and the last time they have responded was December 18th stating they are preparing package and would send me tracking information soon. I have not recieved any communication at all since December 18th.”
“I ordered a fuel pump system for my 2006 Jaguar according to the listing you get everything from both pumps to the tubes that go in the tank for a little less than $200 they sent the package and I got just 1 old used fuel pump. The very next morning I filed for a return and refund for not getting what I ordered. If I only needed that I can get a new one for way by less. So I claimed to ship it back sent picks of what listing was and the tequila box I got with one portion of it. Went about a week no response so I emailed and started a chat. They said ok we got your request we have to approve it first. I said ok but I sent pics of listing and items description and pics of what k received obviously not the same. Now it’s been a month they will not answer emails or chat box anymore. I can not find a phone number on web page to even call. So I will probably get lawyer involved for principal of crappy business. Still no answers, no refund ect.”

Thinking I got scammed, went and looked for reviews, now I was convinced I ordered from a less than desirable supplier. Then out of the blue my email was replied, stating that the part was still being removed, inspected, cleaned, and to expect delivery in another week. I replied my thanks, and that I will wait some more. A week passed when I received notice from UPS, the part was on its way! I was cautiously optimistic, sure enough part arrived, definitely used but well packed. Excitedly I installed. I was pleasantly surprised when all worked as it was supposed to, problem fixed!!!! It took a little longer than expected, but I am satisfied, and will order from them again for future issues with my aging vehicles.”

I ordered a part about a month and a half ago. took about a week to get a shipping label and arrived on time, only it was the complete wrong part. I filed a return request less than 30 minutes after receiving the part and didn't get a response for 2 weeks and a second threating email. when they replied they attached a return shipping label for ups and promised a refund as soon as they received the part. they've had the part back for 3 weeks already and not even a whiff of a refund.
when you scroll through these reviews there are a few 4 stars and a few 5 stars that all read exactly the same. almost as if someone who works there wrote them all to falsify their reviews.
their business is linked to an address in the middle of the woods in nova scotia miles from the nearest town. their email is very unresponsive and their phone number is a voicemail loop.”

They advertised a properly cleaned steamed intake manifold and sent the dirtiest manifold full of leaves and debris they could probably find with gaskets sill hanging off. I honestly will not be able to say if this manifold is without cracks and defects until it is taken to a shop with the means to properly clean it. Apparently they don't accept returns, so SOL.”

However, I purchased a part for my vehicle, just like mentioned in the reviews, once they get your money, your literally waiting days to weeks for shipping info, with no feedback. The telephone number they have listed is a joke! I had to send threatening e-mails, stating I would contact the authorities,if I didn’t receive any shipping info, or I would need a refund immediately to get my vehicle fixed. My car has been in the shop for over 2weeks and nothing from this Company! If you don’t threaten them, they’ll take your money and run!! No care in the world about your situation. Car parts direct never responded back about the missing part or to return my money. You can’t reach them by phone and they won’t return your email. This company is a scam.
