I only chose one star to leave a review. This company or so called company doesn’t even deserve that! However, I purchased a part for my vehicle, just like mentioned in the reviews, once they get your money, your literally waiting days to weeks for shipping info, with no feedback. The telephone number they have listed is a joke! I had to send threatening e-mails, stating I would contact the authorities,if I didn’t receive any shipping info, or I would need a refund immediately to get my vehicle fixed. My car has been in the shop for over 2weeks and nothing from this Company! If you don’t threaten them, they’ll take your money and run!! No care in the world about your situation. I’m still Ubering everywhere just to get around. I have teenagers who are in sports and they haven’t been able to attend! I can go on and on how this has inconvenienced my life! The stress carpartsdirectstore has placed upon me is unreal! No integrity, and the least bit concerned about you! I’ve already reached out to the BBB. This company needs to be SHUTDOWN!!! Please, I beg of you, DO NOT waste your money or your valuable time. Run away as fast as you can and don’t look back!! This is on behalf of myself and those he’s already robbed of their time and money!! They’re TRASH to say the least!!!
