Worst customer service I saw. They only care about big sellers. Bought a high end card relativelly cheap (with registration letter and trustee service), the buyer regretted and did not shiped it. I contacted support and they said he was forced to ship. He shipped an empty box with no cards in it. Support claimed that "it was more likely that the card was stolen during transportation than the seller (that didn't want to ship the card) sent an empty box. The seller claimed that made a complaint with the transportation company. That was more than 3 months ago. Even the support is no longer repling more than 1 month ago.
