As a professional seller, the experience with this website is horrible. The customer service is so unqualified that you literally have to waste months to keep contacting them in order to get a generic answer once in a while. Furthermore, a particular situation has happened that escalated to a lawsuit because of the customer care incompetence. The customer denied the arrival of the order even though the tracking code and his signature confirmed the opposite. The poor customer care service decided to refund the buyer because he said that it wasn’t his signature. So beware if you’re selling on this disgusting website, you can be scammed at any time (despite if you have all the proofs of a correct delivery). They’re intentionally going against their terms and conditions, so we decided to file a lawsuit.
