I found the unit fantastic, free of wires. Very easy to use. The only negative thing would be please increase the time. I found 15 min was not enough. The pads arrived damaged, sent an email and in a few days was sent new ones. The service was great and very quick response. I have recommended to friends. Thanks for some relief for my chronic back pain.
