I can't rate the product as it's still not been recieved. It is with the courier company and now saying it will be delivered today but it told me that last week as well. The service from CareMax has been great. Payment was easy, response after payment was immediate, delivery notification was almost immediate but then it left you guys and you have been let down by the business that you have deliver your goods. Probably don't see this when delivery is to major cities but while Murwillumbah is a little bit off the beaten track, it's not that far from the Gold coast. See this quite a bit, where businesses that rely on postage to supply the end user, is being let down by the courier companies.
