I purchase through carrefour application some items, the next day I received a WhatsApp Msg from driver asking me for location, and that happened each time I ordered, all carrefour drivers use only WhatsApp for asking location, may be because company do not offer balance to let them call customer instead. In that time I didn’t have WiFi and that very simply caused carrefour driver to cancel my order!!! I wasted time and money to order and driver very simply cancel the order!!!! And when I made complaint no one from specific team contact me. Carrefour UAE do not care about their customers at all. I decided to remove the application and stop buying carrefour items XX.
