In my recent shopping experiences, I've encountered a stark contrast in customer service between Carrefour and the "Happy Afternoon" staff. While I've found the service at Carrefour, particularly with Badr at Carrefour Manar Mall, to be exceptional, my interactions with the "Happy Afternoon" staff have left much to be desired. The staff at "Happy Afternoon" seem to be operating under a rigid script, delivering a rehearsed message that lacks authenticity and fails to address customer needs effectively. It feels as though their primary objective is to expedite customer interactions rather than genuinely assist or engage with patrons. In contrast, Badr at Carrefour Manar Mall exemplifies outstanding customer service. His approach is attentive, personable, and goes beyond mere transactional exchanges. Badr demonstrates exceptional listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
