I ordered through the application for now delivery, then after making the payment I received 2 invoice, surprisingly it came with 2 shipments:one shipment with my orders including 1 box of gloves , and another shipment for 10 boxes of gloves!!!! I immediately called customer service to cancel that shipment, they told me they cannot it should be only through application.. I checked the application I cannot cancel it , and even it is out of stock!!!but all remaining order i can cancel.. I called customer service again informed them to find a solution, they told me it is a 3rd party , anther seller!!!! I supposed i was buying from carrefour cos I trusted them .Now i don'tknow if i will get back my money or not .this is last time I will buy through their application or even their shops .
