However this time I was very disappointed as the parcel was missing items and ; First off; Pot rests weren't received, Two; the Celtic plate was broken in half with a big chip on the edge. If that wasn't enough I had to pay $80.00 to get the parcel which I have never had to do before WHY??? I don't know what has changed with orders but I will say I want the Ceramic Pot Stands (never received), replaced along with the Ceramic Celtic Cross Display Plate that was broken also replaced plus $80.00 dollars that I had to pay to get the parcel. Normally I would give you 5 stars but this was so upsetting missing and broken items so disappointing, hopefully you will resolve this asap.
