Die Lieferung erfolgte wie immer prompt und in bester Qualität.
Leider hat sich ein grober Fehler bei der Deklaration der Waren ergeben: Ich habe 6 Büchsen des Tees bestellt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt.
Gross war dann der Schock, als ich 46 Fr. Zoll bei der Lieferung durch die Post zu bezahlen hatte.
Grund: Anstelle der 6 Büchsen (42 Pfund) wurden 6 Pakete à 6 Büchsen (252 Pfund) deklariert.
So hatte ich diese Nachzahlung zu leisten.
Schade, da ich sonst mit Carlos Iris Gifts sehr zufrieden bin.
