The item was ordered on December 7 and it didn't ship until December 12. It was supposed to ship in 5 - 7 business days. I ordered in plenty of time to receive it on December 18, which is when I needed it. It did not arrive until December 22, also after I had left to go home for Christmas so total waste of time.
