I love Carrolls Irish Gifts. The products are fantastic, however this last order that I placed - Christmas gifts to be delivered to friends in Ireland - proved more frustrating than festive. The first Item ordered allowed for a gift message to be included. The second item, which I had to order separately since there was no way to put in a different delivery address, gave me no opportunity for a gift message. When I emailed Carrolls customer support to include a gift message, the reply was that they were basically too busy at Christmas to sort that out. Needless to say, I did not order the third item that I wanted to send to yet another friend. Very disappointing!
