No one had the professionalism to contact me to let me know that my package was not to arrived as promised when purchased. I had to email to double check, and all I heard were excuses. I’ve ended spending more money on a 2nd item, as I needed the jumper before Xmas and you failed to honor your commitment. Also failed to help me get refunded ASAP, even when notified of this extra expense and the fact that I was in need of the funds. Seriously, not one of your emails showed genuine concern for whom happens to be a paying customer. You wasted no time to take my payment, and I did not delay it. However, you showed zero diligence and/or responsibility after that. If you cannot handle the volume, then be more responsible. You single-handedly ruined my holidays, all because you could not let me know that your orders were delayed. All it would have taken was an email. And now I know that it’s been 40 days since I’ve made my purchase and I’m still missing my money. And you only manage to arrange the pick up for the 24th. That’s 5 more days. How much longer after that? This is terrible.
