Ok so my item was lost by the post. Not a problem, that happens. Emailed Carroll’s who confirmed it within an hour offering replacement or refund. I chose replacement and item was dispatched that afternoon. Three days later the item turned up at my door. My wife was delighted with the product and the quality of it.
