I have purchased gifts from Carroll's on many occasions with great satisfaction but my recent one was a disappointment.
I boughta newbridge silverware pendant (tree of life) & it arrived wrapped in layers of bubble wrap while the irony of it all was the box it was in was scratched & in disarray. The pendant was as expected no damage but the presentation means just as much especially when I was sending this to a loved one.
Please have this rectified not a good look for Carroll's & I was very disappointed.
