Contrary to their usual, Carrolls this time delivered substandard: the chopping board was scratched (we bought an identical one before and it was perfect), the cups were not individually wrapped for shipping, they did no break in transit but I wanted to bring them with me abroad to somebody as a gift. Previously I bought the same cups and they were individually wrapped. I won't be buying in this shop again.
