There are a wonderful array of irish quality gifts. I was planning on placing a Christmas order soon but unfortunately was disillusioned with my first recent order. Within minutes of the online order being placed, I immediately sent a message to cancel as it was not the Butlers Hazelnut Praline that I had thought. As I live in the US, it’s not like I could call someone with the 7 hour difference. It was 8pm over there. A couple days later, a response came saying I could just refuse delivery…not so as it comes in a community mail box. It was annoying to say the least. I would reconsider placing a future order with Carrolls if you could provide at least a 20% discount or free shipping.
